If in the case there are any disputes some information may be used for this purpose. Glamour Me Sashes will never sale your information for financial gain, or Marketing outside of the scope of our small business.
Custom and personalized orders
All Custom and Personalized orders are based on Customer Request. Please double check all Text, Spelling, and Colors requested before submitting your order. If there is an error that is not caught before the order has been processed all mistakes or remakes of the order will be the financial responsibility of the customer which includes cost of the item and shipping cost.
Sizing details
All Sashes are made with the standard sizes offered for Baby 32″, Toddler 42″, Youth 52″, Teen 62″, Adult 72″, and Plus Size 82″. Please select size accordingly.
Quotes for 50+/Rush Orders
If your order is larger than 50 Sashes please contact Glamour Me Sashes for a quote. This is to ensure there is availability in production to complete your order by requested date. Also if your order is needed outside of the normal 2 week processing time Glamour Me Sashes will need to be contacted to ensure we will be able to process your order, and to notify you of any possible Rush Fees included in your order. All Rush Orders and Fees are based on availability in production and processing time requested.
Returns/Exchanges
Returns are not accepted. If in the case it has been determined that your order has an error that is at the fault of Glamour Me Sashes we will discuss replacement options. However, it is important to double check color choices, and all spelling for possible errors before placing your order. Any errors made by customer error will not be refunded, and all replacements will be at the expense of the customer.
